The world briefly woke up this week and condemned the horrific suicide bombing in Dimona on Monday that murdered at least three Israelis, including a 70-year-old woman.
Yet for the most part, the world remains silent in the face of the continued attacks on Israel from the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip. The UN Human Rights Commission condemns Israel for defending herself in the face of daily aggression, the media reports only that Israel has cut electricity (a nonlethal response to a very lethal problem) and closed its border with Gaza.
This is what the media does not report. That is the English Website of the Al Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas. It details most of the group's attacks on Israel with pride.
Pass it on. Break the silence.
Late last week U.S. Rep. Scott Garrett introduced a resolution to the U.S. House of Representatives condemning the daily rocket fire on Israel. I'll have a complete report on the resolution on Friday. |
